Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 7 - 10 days unless directed otherwise. If 10 days have gone by since you have received the item, we will not able to offer you a return or refund. The product must be returned in a brand new, unused condition with ALL original packaging and accessories included. Claims must be made within 48 hours after delivery and to complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) and are subject to Arcade Mavericks discretion:

- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts and/ or packaging for reasons not due to our error packaging includes and is not limited to: any foam, shrinkwrap, cardboard, strapping, & pallets.

- Any item whose return was initiated 10 or more days after delivery.

RETURN SHIPPING & SHIPPING REFUNDS

In order to return your product, please contact Arcade Maverick to schedule a pick-up.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, even when included "free" with your purchase. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

There is a 12% restocking fee. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
